Future Mind in Warsaw's IO-1 office building

Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, has represented Future Mind in its 440 sq m lease in OI-1 in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The owner of the office building is IMMOFINANZ.

Founded in 2008, Future Mind specializes in building technological products designed chiefly for mobile platforms and the Internet of Things. Its clients include both innovative start-ups and multinational corporations undergoing digital transformation programmes. Future Mind creates products from A to Z and provides carefully selected teams that complement clients’ competencies. Throughout over nine years of its operation it has provided services for such brands as E&Y, Virgin Mobile, Poczta Polska, Morizon S.A., Empik and Euro RTV AGD.

IO-1 is a landmark 14-floor Class A office building located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, at the intersection of the city’s two main arteries: Puławska Street and Niepodległości Avenue. It offers around 22,000 sq m of leasable office space. IO-1 adjoins the Wilanowska underground station, tram and bus stops, enabling quick access to the city centre and other districts. It features air-conditioning, raised floors and suspended ceilings. Its facilities also include a post office, a restaurant and several conference rooms.
