Focus building is now BREEAM IN-USE certified
FOCUS office complex, located at 26 Ludowej Avenue in Warsaw has received a BREEAM In-Use International certificate with an “Excellent” rating in Building Management and a “Very Good” rating in Asset Performance. The audit, commissioned by Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm and the office park’s property manager, was conducted by Sweco Consulting Sp. z o.o.
Focus is a twelve-storey office building offering 32,000 sq m of Class A leasable space and approximately 400 parking spaces on its three underground levels. It was designed by a Warsaw-based studio APA Kuryłowicz & Associates. The building is located in downtown Warsaw, close to the Łazienkowska Street and in the vicinity of the Pole Mokotowskie park. It enjoys easy access to a metro station, trams and many bus stops.
“All the refurbishment and maintenance work is being carried out at FOCUS for occupants’ well-being. Receiving the Excellent and Very Good ratings in BREEAM IN-USE certification is a confirmation that our procedures are effective,” said Tomasz Pawłowski, Senior Property Manager, Asset Services, Cushman & Wakefield.
