Cushman & Wakefield opens an office in south-eastern Poland as the only real estate advisor

Cushman & Wakefield is the first global commercial real estate services firm to have opened a regional office in Lublin. This comes as a direct response to the growing office tenant demand, particularly in the BPO, SSC and IT sectors, for top-quality advisory services in south-eastern Poland. Cushman & Wakefield will occupy an office in ZANA Office II, at 39a Tomasza Zana Street.

On 1 September 2017, global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield opened a regional office in Lublin having already established a strong presence in Krakow, Wrocław, Tricity, Katowice, Łódź and Poznań. According to experts, Lublin is yet another emerging office market in Poland with very strong growth prospects.

“As the BSS sector is expected to continue to grow at a rapid pace in smaller cities with a large labour pool, we intend to further expand beyond the core Polish regional cities,” said Krzysztof Misiak, Partner, Head of Regional Cities, Cushman & Wakefield.
