Cushman & Wakefield wins three awards at the CIJ Gala in Poland

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, received three awards for the best office, retail and property management teams at the Polish CIJ Awards 2016.

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, received three awards for the best office, retail and property management teams at the Polish CIJ Awards 2016. Additionally, the developer SEGRO was recognized for the best warehouse transaction which was advised by Cushman & Wakefield's industrial team.

Organized by Roberts Publishing Media Group, the publisher of CIJ, an English journal on commercial properties in Central and Eastern Europe, the CIJ Awards has its 15th jubilee in Poland. Cushman & Wakefield was awarded for remarkable performance on the commercial property market in three categories: Best Office Power Broker Team of the Year, Best Retail Power Broker Team of the Year and Best Property Management Company. Additionally, industrial and warehouse space developer SEGRO was recognized for the Best Warehouse Lease of the Year (a 30,200 sq m BTS facility for Tesco), where Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial team advised on the transaction.

The winners of Polish CIJ Awards 2016 were announced at the Gala on 9th November 2016 at The Westin Warsaw.
