FOCUS office complex, located at 26 Ludowej Avenue in Warsaw has received a BREEAM In-Use International certificate with an “Excellent” rating in Building Management and a “Very Good” rating in Asset Performance. The audit, commissioned by Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm and the office park’s property manager, was conducted by Sweco Consulting Sp. z o.o.

At the start of September 2017, global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield was appointed an agent with responsibility for property management, landlord representation and interior design supervision at Proximo I, an office building located in Warsaw and owned by the largest Czech real estate fund - ČS nemovitostní fond (CSNF), managed by REICO.

Cushman & Wakefield is the first global commercial real estate services firm to have opened a regional office in Lublin. This comes as a direct response to the growing office tenant demand, particularly in the BPO, SSC and IT sectors, for top-quality advisory services in south-eastern Poland. Cushman & Wakefield will occupy an office in ZANA Office II, at 39a Tomasza Zana Street.

Alior Bank, a leading Polish bank, has renewed its lease and expanded its Warsaw office to 13,600 sq m at Łopuszańska Business Park. The owner of the office complex is Starwood Capital Group. A team of Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Agency experts advised on the transaction, which was the largest office deal signed in Warsaw’s non-central locations since Q1 2015.
