16.02.2017 What attrracts tenants to Służewiec?

Office tenants in Warsaw’s Służewiec district have been losing sleep over the redevelopment of Marynarska and Domaniewska streets for several months. This has exacerbated the congestion on the streets in and around Mokotów. The journey time has increased on the already congested streets leading to office buildings in the area. As a result, some tenants have decided to relocate to other parts of the capital city due to the worsening traffic conditions.

02.02.2017 Demand for office space sets a niew high in Polish regional cities

In 2016, total office stock in Poland’s eight key regional cities (Krakow, Wrocław, Tricity, Katowice, Poznań, Łódź, Szczecin and Lublin) rose to nearly 4 million sq m. Krakow, Wrocław and Tricity remain the largest regional office hubs. Office take-up hit nearly 590,000 sq m, which represented a 50% rise on the average for the years 2011–2015.

In 2016, office supply in Warsaw rose by 65% on the annual average for the period 2011–2015. The largest number of new office buildings were delivered in the City Core and the Fringe. Take-up came predominantly from the business services sector.
