On Monday, 11 September 2017 the first conference in Poland devoted to new technology in real estate “PropTech: Digital Transformation In Commercial Real Estate” was held in Warsaw Spire office building. The event was organised by Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, together with ShareSpace and spaceOS.

Grupa Pracuj sp. z o.o., one of the fastest developing technological companies in Central Europe, will join other tenants of the ASTRIS office building in Krakow. ASTRIS is the investor of the newly-constructed building while Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for commercialization of the scheme.

Citi Service Center Poland, part of the Citi Group, has signed a lease agreement for 13,600 sqm of office space in the Generation Park complex. The extension of Citi’s office in Warsaw is a result of the company’s constant development and the anticipated recruitment of an additional 300 specialists this year. The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield during the negotiation process.

Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, has represented Future Mind in its 440 sq m lease in OI-1 in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The owner of the office building is IMMOFINANZ.
