Polish Office Research Forum has published its figures for Q4 2016 for office market in eight major regional cities in Poland (Kraków, Wrocław, the Tri-City, Katowice, Poznań, Łódź, Szczecin, Lublin). The market data prepared by a team of analysts includes modern office stock, new completions, take-up volumes and vacancy rates.

Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (Spółka Akcyjna), a branch of the Swiss insurance group, has signed a lease for approximately 1,000 sq m of office space in the ASTRIS office building under construction at the Polsad roundabout in Krakow. About 100 Zurich employees will move into their new office in Q2 2017. The landlord was represented by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, whilst the tenant was represented by JLL.

Located at 111 Marszałkowska Street in Warsaw, the Saski Point office building has received the BREEAM In-Use International certificate with a “Very Good” rating in Building Management and Asset Performance. Cushman & Wakefield property manages the facility on behalf of CA IMMO.
