Cushman & Wakefield provides comprehensive services for Proximo I

At the start of September 2017, global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield was appointed an agent with responsibility for property management, landlord representation and interior design supervision at Proximo I, an office building located in Warsaw and owned by the largest Czech real estate fund - ČS nemovitostní fond (CSNF), managed by REICO.

Proximo I is located at the Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw’s Wola district, next to the second metro line (currently being extended) and many public transport stops, enabling easy access to it from all parts of Warsaw. It offers 29,200 sq m of leasable space spread over its thirteen floors. The building has received the BREEAM certificate with an “Excellent” rating.

Proximo I offers primarily high-quality modern office space and a comfortable working environment. Benefiting from its excellent location close to the second metro line, it enjoys easy access to other parts of the city.
