Work Service extends its lease in Wrocław's Sky Tower

Work Service, one of the first and key tenants in the Sky Tower building in Wrocław, has decided to extend its lease for approximately 3,400 sq m of office space. The largest HR company in Central and Eastern Europe will continue to occupy the building’s top three floors for another four years. The tenant was represented in the negotiations by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Krzysztof Misiak, Partner, and Marcin Siewierski, Senior Negotiator, Office Agency of Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Sky Tower is a landmark of modern Wrocław, the third largest office market in Poland. Convenient location near the city centre, excellent access to public transport and services, and positive experience of cooperation with the landlord have all convinced Work Service to extend its lease.”
