  1. The following terms and conditions "Terms of Use" govern use of this commercial website www.remobile.pl, owned by Cushman & Wakefield Polska Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (post code: 00-078), Plac Piłsudskiego 1, recorded in the entrepreneur register of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division, under KRS No. 0000039711, tax identification number (NIP): 526-10-10-862, with its share capital of PLN 135,588, hereinafter referred to as the "Company".
  2. By using this website you ("User") accept and agree to follow these Terms of Use.
  3. The use of this website is, in principle, free of charge, but some of its content may be available subject to registration and sending in registration data required.
  4. You must register and provide data required to be able to use some of the website content.
